He is a certified global Theory of Constraints consultant (TOC) by Goldratt Schools Israel, certified global expert on TOC by TOCICO (www.tocico.org) & is associated with TOC for the last 18+ years. Prabhakar was working as the Country director for Dr. Goldratt's company in India between 2007 until early 2015. As a TOC consultant, Prabhakar was involved in several comprehensive TOC consulting projects in India across several industry verticals such as fast moving consumer goods, consumer durables, automotive, pharmaceutical, heavy engineering, process based companies, retail companies etc. Prabhakar had mentored several companies in their journey for business excellence.
He has been mentored by Dr. Goldratt since 2004 & had been interacting with him since then until 2011. Prabhakar was instrumental in spreading the awareness of TOC in India over the last decade. He has published several articles & has delivered numerous lectures on the topic of TOC in several esteemed forums. Prior to being associated with Dr. Goldratt, Prabhakar was associated with the IT Industry for about 10 years.
